Please note the closing date for entries of 30th May 2010. We cannot guarantee accepting requestsfrom trade stands and exhibitors as space is restricted, so apply early.
Obviously no charge for exhibitors for anything except beer. You have your very own caravan site and toilet block next to the rally field if you don't sleep in your exhibit on the field. So come and join u, send off your application early - bookmark us for next year, we are planning 2011 already. We place special emphasis on working and interactive displays.
Advertising space is available in our program sold on site Full Page £90, ½ £60, ¼ £30
Also advertising on this website by negotiation – banner exchanges also welcome.

All Cars Must Be Parked in the MAIN CAR PARK or within your pitch. Not in the exhibitors camping area unless you are booked in as a camper
Rally Site Space For Traders
Rate for pitches £5 per foot
Minimum Size Pitch 15' x 20'
Extra frontage charged at £5 per foot
There is a charge for extra depth but only a few pitches are available for which you must first ring for price and size
Charity Stalls £30 for 15 feet
Please note we are rarely able to accept any entries for catering or entertainments. Normally Fully Booked
We can not guarantee acceptance of your application form as we have a policy of no more than two sites selling the same type of goods. You will be quickly informed if we are unable to take you this year
Craft Tent 8 foot frontage x 6 foot depth with one table £60
A larger marquee means we will have more spaces available. All requests for non standard stands contact
